This is the children’s book I would write if I could write children’s books. Indeed, it’s eerie how the author, Adam Mansbach, seems to have been hiding under the crib in my son’s room 12 years ago…

    I’m still trying to get my college kid to turn off the lights and the tv at 2am because it’s keeping us awake! ugh!!!

    I am not a liar, so I will admit I actually did say this once to my sweet, beautiful, bossy little toddler. (Right after I said “What’s WRONG with you?!?!”)
